Every Busy Restaurant Has A Marketing System Behind It.
Can we build yours?
See your restaurant's system before you buy it.
Tell us about your restaurant and we'll map its marketing system free — how you'd capture guests, the first offer we'd run, and what the follow-up looks like. If you like it, we'll install it. If not, keep the plan.

Your restaurant's guest list, on your phone.
BusyKitchen installs a marketing system in your restaurant: ads and social bring local diners in, the system captures their info and puts an offer in front of them, then keeps the conversation going by text, email, and DM. The list is yours to keep.
The Problem
You have followers. Do you have their phone numbers?
Most restaurant marketing stops at posting. Nobody captures who saw it, nobody puts an offer in front of them, and nobody follows up. So the spend disappears and the tables stay empty.

You don't own your audience
Followers aren't a customer list. They belong to Instagram, not to you. The algorithm decides who sees your restaurant — and it can stop showing you tomorrow.
Nobody's collecting names
Guests find you, eat once, and disappear. You never got a phone number or an email, so you have no way to invite a single one of them back.
Posting isn't asking
Content with no offer behind it and no follow-up in front of it doesn't fill a slow Tuesday. You're paying to be seen, not to be booked.
The System
Capture. Offer. Follow up. Zero meetings.
We put you in front of local diners
Paid ads and social content aimed at people who eat out near you — built and managed by us. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform, never marked up.
We capture their info before they scroll past
Instead of a like that disappears, they trade their name, phone, and email for an offer worth claiming. Every one goes onto a list that belongs to you — not to Instagram.
We put offers in front of that list
First-visit offers, slow-night deals, birthday invites, win-backs for guests who've gone quiet. Written for your restaurant and timed to the nights you actually need filled.
Then we keep the conversation going
Guests reply — by text, by email, in your DMs and comments. Someone has to answer, fast, or the offer dies. On Visible Plus that someone is us; you just approve.
Done for you in Visible PlusEverything Included
One system. Guests you can actually reach.
Managed Ads & Social
We build, run, and tune the paid ads and social content that feed the system — aimed at people who eat out near you. Your ad budget goes straight to the platform, never marked up.
Guest Capture
Every campaign points to an offer worth claiming. Guests hand over a name, phone, and email to get it — so a scroll becomes a contact you can reach again.
Offers That Fill Tables
First-visit offers, slow-night deals, birthday invites, and win-backs for guests who've gone quiet — written for your restaurant and timed to the nights you need filled.
Text, Email & DM Follow-Up
Your list gets followed up where they actually read: SMS, email, and Instagram and Facebook messages and comments. One system, all three channels.
We Answer, You Approve
On Visible Plus we write and send every reply and offer on your behalf. It lands on your phone first — reply YES and it goes out (Visible Plus).
A Guest List That's Yours
Every contact the system captures belongs to your restaurant. Export it whenever you want, and keep it in full if you ever cancel.
The Founder
Who's actually doing your marketing?

BusyKitchen is run by Mark Shenouda, a performance marketer based in Los Angeles. By day, Mark manages full-funnel paid media at up to $10,000/day in ad spend across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn — work that grew his company's net sales 46% year-over-year while cutting acquisition costs by more than half. He's certified in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Ads, and trained in direct-response creative by Harmon Brothers.
BusyKitchen exists because restaurant owners kept telling him the same thing: they were paying every month for followers they couldn't contact and posts that never turned into covers. So this service was built backwards from that complaint — capture the guest, make them a real offer, follow up until they walk in, and hand the owner a list they actually own.
New service, deliberately small client roster. You'll work with Mark directly.
